May 11 (TheLedger) - The Ministry of Health said provincial rapid-response teams have begun larval surveying in wards classified as highest risk ahead of the traditional dengue spike in January.

In Colombo, the municipality has doubled inspection teams versus the same period last December, though officials caution that sustained public cooperation on refuse management remains uneven.
